Returns & Refunds

• Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and sealed items within 7 days of delivery.

• Items unsealed after delivery, customized products, and hygiene-sensitive goods are not eligible for return.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
