Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully, as it explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Products may be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or unsealed for reasons of health and hygiene.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow usage instructions are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Products unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons).

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer negligence.

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or items marked “final sale.”

Return Process
  1. To request a return, please email us at support@jellyjob.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, ship the product to:

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

  4. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Timelines
  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. You may place a new order once your return has been processed.
